Custom systems instead of standard solutions
Not every test task can be mapped economically and reliably with a standard solution. HOERATH develops customer-specific systems that are coordinated technically cleanly with the application, test process and subsequent integration.
From idea to commissioning
The range of services extends from consulting and project management through concept development as well as the creation of requirement and functional specifications to the finished implementation of the system. If required, technical feasibility is verified in advance in the in-house laboratory. Building on this, test system planning, design, manufacturing, development of the test application, integration and commissioning follow.
Broad spectrum of test methods and technologies
HOERATH plans and realizes Measurement and Test Systems in the areas of mechanics, electrics and electronics. For the technical implementation, SOLIDWORKS, EPLAN P8, KiCAD and Altium Designer are used, among others. In the area of test application, the spectrum ranges from functional tests for electronic components through Boundary Scan / JTAG to test automation with LabVIEW and TestStand from the National Instruments and Emerson environment respectively.
Optical measurement techniques are also part of the range of services. These include camera-based measurement systems such as IMAQ Vision as well as manufacturer-specific platforms for laser measurement technology. The implementation is complemented by documentation including the CE conformity assessment procedure, measurement system capability verification and technical support.
